Onboarding Coordinator
Michele lives outside of Boston with her husband, rescue dog Gracie and two Maine Coon cats, Leia and Obi. She is also a trained singer who sits on the Board of Directors for the choral group she sings with. Michele is also a bonus mom to 3 adult children, and an enthusiastic grandmother of 6.

She is a retired change management and business analysis professional. She’s excited to use the skills she gained throughout her career to support Hot Mess Express, and to help strengthen their processes and systems. Known for her thoughtful communication and strategic mindset, she brings a collaborative spirit and a knack for turning big ideas into practical solutions.

Kellyann has been married since 2007 and is a mom of 6 children. She moved to North Carolina in June 2021 and didn't know anyone.
After being a stay-at-home mom for over 10 years, and with all her kids finally in school, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and look for different mom groups to find some friends.

Lynnori has been married for 32 years and the mother to 1 son and 2 heavenly angels. She is also a fur momma to 3 dogs. She works full time in a medical office as an office administrator and bakes at her husband’s restaurant on the weekends.
Lynorri found Hot Mess Express on TikTok and knew this is what she needed. Aside from spending time with family, her dogs and helping others she likes reading, crafting and baking.
Affiliate Support Team Member
Lauren has over 18 years of experience in the social sector supporting teams by using program evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure more people get better access to services. She holds an MA in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Ph.D in Organizational and Community Leadership from The University of Oklahoma.
She is excited to be part of a team that cultivates community support in organic and meaningful ways. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband and three pets and is open to any suggestions on how to get a spunky puppy to behave herself.

Erica is a Philadelphia-based homeschooling mom of two wonderful girls, married to her college sweetheart and currently raising her third guide dog puppy, Cosimo! She discovered Hot Mess Express on Facebook and immediately connected with its heart for building a village, a mission that resonated deeply as she lives away from her own family. When she’s not juggling mom life or volunteering, she’s happiest curled up with a good cheesy romance book.
Development Advisor
Jo is a committed and dedicated development professional by practice and a mom by preference. She joins the Hot Mess Express team with almost a decade of non-profit experience, ranging from annual giving to board management and major giving at institutions large and small. She believes in the power of HME's mission to build relationships and community through shared experiences of parenthood.
Jo spends her free time exploring her new home city of San Francisco and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Kiley has lived in Texas her entire life. She works for an electrical services company serving the oil and gas industry as a Senior Accountant. She lives with her boyfriend and their two fur babies, Sadie and Carl. Her interests include lots and lots of audiobooks, studying for the CPA exam, and being part of this awesome organization! She feels honored to be part of the national team for Hot Mess Express as she is incredibly passionate about our mission and believes we all can benefit from this loving and supportive community.
Digital Support
Caurie brings experience in process improvement and operational excellence, helping organizations run smoothly and sustainably. At HME, she supports the team behind the scenes so more energy can be focused on serving and supporting women — judgment-free.
Brittany is a lifelong Marylander, mother of a teenage girl, and spoiler of a rescue dog from Afghanistan. While society might call her a single mom, she has never felt alone in raising her daughter. She has been blessed by a supportive family and community who have stepped in and walked alongside her when things got tough. When she heard about Hot Mess Express, she knew this was her opportunity to pay it forward and become part of a village for other women.
Brittany recently finished her BS in User Experience Design and is excited to join HME as a volunteer on the digital operations team. She is passionate about understanding and empathizing with users so that digital products solve user pain points and meet their needs effortlessly.
Lindsay has been in the Lancaster, PA area for 20+ years with various experience in Interior Design, Project Management, and is currently an Operations Manager for a local Technology Company. She was a stay-at-home mom for 9 years while her son and daughter were little and returned to the workforce after they became school-aged. Lindsay stumbled across HotMess Express on Instagram and was excited to dedicate some of her time to helping other women. Lindsay is excited to use the skills she has acquired to try to spread the HotMess Express message.
