Onboarding Coordinator
Michele lives outside of Boston with her husband, rescue dog Gracie and two Maine Coon cats, Leia and Obi. She is also a trained singer who sits on the Board of Directors for the choral group she sings with. Michele is also a bonus mom to 3 adult children, and an enthusiastic grandmother of 6.
She is a retired change management and business analysis professional. She’s excited to use the skills she gained throughout her career to support Hot Mess Express, and to help strengthen their processes and systems. Known for her thoughtful communication and strategic mindset, she brings a collaborative spirit and a knack for turning big ideas into practical solutions.
Affiliate Support Lead
Kellyann has been married since 2007 and is a mom of 6 children. She moved to North Carolina in June 2021 and didn't know anyone.
After being a stay-at-home mom for over 10 years, and with all her kids finally in school, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and look for different mom groups to find some friends.

Lynnori has been married for 32 years and the mother to 1 son and 2 heavenly angels. She is also a fur momma to 3 dogs. She works full time in a medical office as an office administrator and bakes at her husband’s restaurant on the weekends.
Lynorri found Hot Mess Express on TikTok and knew this is what she needed. Aside from spending time with family, her dogs and helping others she likes reading, crafting and baking.

Erica is a Philadelphia-based homeschooling mom of two wonderful girls, married to her college sweetheart and currently raising her third guide dog puppy, Cosimo! She discovered Hot Mess Express on Facebook and immediately connected with its heart for building a village, a mission that resonated deeply as she lives away from her own family. When she’s not juggling mom life or volunteering, she’s happiest curled up with a good cheesy romance book.

Taylor is a recent graduate with a background in business and a passion for using her skills to serve others. Over the past two years, she has helped run a startup, gaining hands-on experience in building and supporting a growing organization. She is passionate about using business as a way to serve and support others and was especially drawn to this organization’s mission to help women during life’s most challenging moments. Taylor is grateful to be part of a team that is making such a meaningful impact.

A Jersey girl at heart, Jennifer has been enjoying life in North Carolina for over a decade with her husband and their three dogs. She's spent nearly 20 years working with people, building relationships, keeping things organized, and approaching challenges with an analytical mindset. These are all skills that come in handy as part of the Hot Mess Express Affiliate Support Team!
Jennifer joined HME in June 2026 because she believes in the power of women showing up for one another. She loves being part of an organization that brings people together, builds communities, and makes a meaningful difference in women's lives.
Outside of work and volunteering, Jennifer enjoys live music, camping, traveling, and spending time with her four-legged crew.
Development Advisor
Jo is a committed and dedicated development professional by practice and a mom by preference. She joins the Hot Mess Express team with almost a decade of non-profit experience, ranging from annual giving to board management and major giving at institutions large and small. She believes in the power of HME's mission to build relationships and community through shared experiences of parenthood.
Jo spends her free time exploring her new home city of San Francisco and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Finance Support
Kiley has lived in Texas her entire life. She works for an electrical services company serving the oil and gas industry as a Senior Accountant. She lives with her boyfriend and their two fur babies, Sadie and Carl. Her interests include lots and lots of audiobooks, studying for the CPA exam, and being part of this awesome organization! She feels honored to be part of the national team for Hot Mess Express as she is incredibly passionate about our mission and believes we all can benefit from this loving and supportive community.
Finance Support
She is a wife, mom of three, and the owner of Fruitful Enterprises LLC, where she helps small businesses and nonprofits with bookkeeping and financial support. Most days are full of kids, work, and figuring out what’s for dinner. When she gets a little time to herself, she enjoys hunting, painting, and yoga, and she spends plenty of time cooking for her family.
She knows how quickly life can pile up, which is why Hot Mess Express means so much to her. Having people who show up without judgment can make a big difference, and she’s glad to be part of a team that offers that support to other women.

Caurie brings experience in process improvement and operational excellence, helping organizations run smoothly and sustainably. At HME, she supports the team behind the scenes so more energy can be focused on serving and supporting women — judgment-free.

Julie Lindberg is an editor with a background in the arts and community support. Having been both the "hot mess" and the one showing up to help, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to communication and storytelling. Julie lives in Texas with her husband and six kids, where this season of life is vibrant, musical, and rarely tidy.
Affiliate Support
Brenda’s is a systems thinker who enjoys improving processes and teaching others. She thinks Excel is the answer to most problems, and that if you can’t show the data, then it didn’t happen!
On weekends, Brenda can be found riding her motorcycle, kayaking on a Washington State lake, or working on some old furniture. She’s happiest when hanging out with her husband, 4 kids and 6 grandkids, and the tiny dog that runs the household.
Finance Support
Jennifer has over 12 years of experience in audit and attest services with experience in nonprofit organizations, Housing and Urban Development properties, single audits, governmental and yellow book audits, and insurance companies. She graduated from UNC-Wilmington with both her Bachelor and Master degrees. Jennifer holds an active CPA license in North Carolina and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
