By submitting this form, you agree to participate in our CC onboarding program, which includes reviewing our handbooks and policies, as well as attending virtual leadership workshops.

Important: Onboarding begins at the start of each month.
You can only apply to become a Chaos Coordinator for an already existing affiliate (chapter), in your area.
Note: Hot Mess Express uses Google Workspace for many of our tools and systems during onboarding and ongoing affiliate operations. A Gmail account is strongly preferred, as it is the most compatible with our documents, folders, and internal processes. While it is not required, using Gmail will make the onboarding experience much smoother.
